TradieWayz is a routing app for Australian trade businesses, currently in development. This page explains what we collect from you when you join our waitlist, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we ask for three things: your first name, your email address, and your trade or business type. That's all we collect through the waitlist form. We don't ask for a password, a payment method, or any billing details — there's no account to create and nothing to buy yet.

How we use it

We use your name, email and trade type to contact you when TradieWayz is ready — to let you know the app is launching, to ask what you'd want it to do, and to keep you updated on our progress. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand what's working on the site. The only cookie we set is a small local one that remembers you've seen our cookie notice — it doesn't track you, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies anywhere on this site.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We may share it with the service providers who run our waitlist and email infrastructure, solely to operate the waitlist — never for their own marketing purposes. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Since we only hold a name, an email address and a trade type, most requests are simple — email us and we'll sort it.

Changes

We may update this policy as TradieWayz moves from waitlist to launched product — accounts, payments and a live app will need their own privacy terms when they exist. We'll post any changes here.
